All Refund and Cancellation has to be authorized by LAPSTORE Dear Customers, Please note that the replacement/return will be accepted till 10days after delivering of products. If LAPSTORE or any of its websites fail to Fulfill an order a 98% Refund is initiated from order value.(Not Valid for Bajaj EMI Card) In the event of any order cancellations request from customer end then the order amount will be refunded minus Payment gateway charges along with taxes if any.
Please note that charges for Cancellation & Refunds are as follows EMI & Cardless EMI Payment Methods 3% From the order amount will be charged For Bajaj EMI 3 & 6 Months 6% and 9 & 12 Months EMI 10% will be deducted from the order amount. Refund will be made as per your EMI Plan choosen. Credit & Debit Card and rest Payment Methods 2% From the order amount will deduct from order amount. In Case the Payment has been made through Credit Card, The credit applied is always charged back to the consumers credit card ex-including processing fees. In Case the Payment has been made through Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets the payment will be reflected in the same account source ex-including processing fees. In case of the initial order being paid by cheque or direct debit or any other means, we will typically issue a cheque for the refund amount. The mode of refund amount is at the sole discretion of our policy. Any Authorised Refund or Cancellation will be credited back within 7 to 10 working days to its Original Payment Method.
Product Pricing Product prices listed on the website are current. While every care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updation may occur. We reserve the right to cancel the order incase a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not the correct price. In the rare event that happens, we will give a full refund of all money received from the customer.
